How is advanced hypnosis different from other hypnosis?

Sigmund Freud, said, “there is no effect without cause and the cause is usually deeply hidden from the conscious mind. Hypnosis is the poor man’s psychotherapy”.

Sometimes events happen in life that at the time seem very traumatic. Events can trigger emotions when a person was much younger and from that time forward the emotion always seems to be there. When the younger emotion started the person dealt with the event with a younger mind.
We all have memories of things that happened when we were younger, but anything a person can consciously remember from younger years, probably has nothing to do with causing the strong emotion now.
In this style of hypnosis, a person can go back to that younger time event, but with a more mature mind so they are able to understand better why they have these feelings and emotions and because they now know where the emotions came from they can change how they feel about them now.
As Freud said, “they were deeply hidden from the conscious mind”, but now through this style of hypnosis, the emotion is available to the conscious mind to reassess.

Find the cause and fix it. That’s advanced hypnosis.

What is Anxiety?
There are many types of anxiety, but they are all just a fancy name for fear. Fear that comes up as panic attacks, trouble breathing, nightmares, trouble sleeping, phobias, upset stomach, even physical pains, lack of self-confidence, yes and even P.T.S.D. Even depression is just an accumulation of anxiety over a long time.
What is an addiction?
Addictions come in many different forms. Having to many cookies while watching TV can be an addiction. Drinking just one more alcoholic drink can lead to another drink. Smoking, gambling, even exercising can be an addiction. Anything you do to much of has a root cause and whatever you do to mask the emotion, can become an addiction. That emotion being masked probably began when something happened when you were younger.

Advanced hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness for the sub-conscious mind, which is induced through relaxation and is different from everyday awareness. In hypnosis or hypnotherapy you learn and understand where the problem began. You gain understanding and you take full control over your behaviors, emotions and physical well-being.

During hypnosis or hypnotherapy, you are able to intensely concentrate and focus with your powerful sub-conscious mind on a specific thought, memory, feeling or sensation and you are able to block out unwanted distractions. The healing power of the subconscious mind can be directed to specific areas of the body or to a particular mental or emotional problem for very powerful permanent healing.

Many people misunderstand hypnosis because of watching stage shows or TV. They think the hypnotist has control over the person. This is a total misconceptionThe person in hypnosis is only guided by the hypnotist.  Any time the person feels uncomfortable about what is going on they can simply end the session.  The person in hypnosis is the person in full control.

Many of the feelings or emotions we have are routed in events and memories or things that we learned when we were much younger. We dealt with those feelings and emotions with a child’s mind. In our past, if something was negative and it was accepted by the sub-conscious mind, that negative feeling might grow very strong over time. Those feelings can stay with a person all of  their life and may be the actual cause of different physical or mental issues and problems.

It has been said that the chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken. Advanced hypnosis is a proven method for breaking the chains of those negative emotions, feelings and habits that weigh you down. Advanced hypnosis will set you free from those negative emotions, feelings and habits and allow for permanent positive change.

With the help of hypnosis, the subconscious mind uses its incredible power to help relieve or completely eliminate the initial cause and symptoms of a wide variety of physical, emotional or mental conditions. It can be used independently or along with other medical treatments.

Hypnosis has been approved by the, National Institutes of Health and the American Medical Association

Guided Imagery

Directed hypnosis can be very useful in sports activities improvement.  Through guided imagery and visualization a person can greatly improve any sports activity in which they participate.  Imagining or visualizing doing that favorite activity in your mind can greatly accelerate the mind’s ability to learn and practice proper technique as close to perfectly as possible. Guided imagery is one of the main training aids of top end athletes throughout the world.
